Java-Developer

Responsibilities

  • Managing/developing a modern microservice- and cloud-infrastructure

  • Analysis of complex business requirements

  • Conception and creation of solution approaches, and alignment with the internal top management

  • Engage in sprint planning meetings and collaborate closely within the team (including data engineers, data architects, and external service partners)

  • Support in the creation and presentation of architecture and implementation concepts, as well as API designs

  • Independent development of a simulation application for corporate control/planning and technical validation of business processes

  • Unit Tests as integral part of the software development process

Qualifications

  • Successful university degree in (Business) Informatics, Physics, Applied (Business) Mathematics, (Business) Engineering, or a comparable course of study

  • Very good knowledge of the programming langueage Java, additional languages are welcome

  • Strong knowledge in developing Java-based solutions, particularly in the areas of microservice architectures and standardized APIs

  • Proficient in agile methodologies and values in software development

  • Excellent German and good English language skills, coupled with strong communication abilities at all management levels â€‹
