• Drive and lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to implementation

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers in your team, and collaborate with Designers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, and Marketeers

• Use human-centered design methodologies and practices to elevate the customer centricity in your team and stakeholders around you (e.g. conduct workshops, brainstorming sessions, sprints, etc.)

• Partner with principal engineers across the company to identify the next opportunities

• Combine expertise with creativity to provide our customers with appealing and intuitive web frontends

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant design lead experience in digital products, mainly in mobile and/or web applications

• Experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles

• Proven expertise in product thinking, storytelling, and design craft

• Strategic and purposeful in making design decisions and you do that by integrating user, business, and technical considerations into your process

• Very strong communicator when articulating your vision, strategy, and decisions of your design solutions

• Lead by example, willing to dive into teams to support and help them where needed. You understand when to be hands-on and when you need to mentor and coach
